Bison Ranch Rožnov

Rožnov is located in the very heart of the Česká Kanada Nature Park and belongs to the municipality of Český Rudolec. Cycle route No. 1117 and the blue hiking trail pass directly through Rožnov. Heading south along this trail, you can reach Landštejn and continue further to the Czech war memorial area with preserved nature, all the way to the village of Kaproun, where Jára Cimrman was thrown out of a train. Besides nature, you can also admire a statue and commemorative plaque dedicated to this fictional genius and inventor. The most famous trail is the Grasel Trail. Rožnov is dominated by an ancient farmstead, which is currently undergoing extensive reconstruction. Since July 2012, we are happy to welcome you at Pension Bison Ranch. During 2012, two swimming ponds were completed where guests can swim. In June 2013, our newly reconstructed restaurant opened, offering our specialties. At the beginning of 2015, we opened our accommodation facilities for you. Currently, the main attraction includes bison breeding and food service, including bison steaks.
