rules of stay

After placing an accommodation order at Bison Ranch pension, the accommodation provider will immediately issue a deposit invoice for 50% of the total price of the stay.

The stay is bindingly reserved only after receiving the deposit payment. The remaining balance of the stay price is due in advance either to the accommodation provider's account or in cash at the reception upon arrival.

If you have been issued a deposit invoice, our cancellation conditions are as follows:

1 month before arrival – 0,- CZK
3 weeks before arrival – 25% of the deposit
2 weeks before arrival – 50% of the deposit
1 week before arrival – 75% of the deposit
6 days or less – 100% of the deposit

We handle long-term stays individually – according to length of stay (more than one month) and required services. We are also able to offer attractive conditions for repeat visits or corporate events. For weekly stays, check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. In case of shorter accommodation periods, it is not a problem to arrange check-in and check-out according to your needs. Parking and WiFi on the premises are completely free of charge. Due to technical reasonspayment by cash only.
