Accommodation in luxurious, fully equipped apartments at great prices. Prices are always for the entire apartment or room without breakfast, including VAT.

terms of stay
After completing a reservation for accommodation at Bison Ranch pension, the accommodation provider will immediately issue a deposit invoice for 50% of the total price of the stay.
The stay is bindingly reserved only after receiving the deposit payment. The remaining balance of the stay price is due in advance either to the accommodation provider's account or in cash at the reception upon arrival.
If a deposit invoice has been issued to you, our cancellation conditions are as follows:
- 1 month before arrival – 0,- CZK
- 3 weeks before arrival – 25% of the deposit
- 2 weeks before arrival – 50% of the deposit
- 1 week before arrival – 75% of the deposit
- 6 days or less – 100% of the deposit
Long-term stays are arranged individually – based on the length of stay (more than one month) and requested services. We are also able to offer attractive conditions for repeat visits or corporate events. For weekly stays, check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. In case of shorter accommodation periods, it is no problem to arrange check-in and check-out according to your needs. Parking and WiFi within the area are completely free of charge. Due to technical reasonspayment by cash only.
