Stay rules

After placing your reservation, we will immediately issue a deposit invoice for 50 % of the total stay price.

The reservation becomes binding only after the deposit has been paid. The remaining balance is due in advance to our account or in cash at the reception upon arrival.

If an advance invoice is issued to you, our cancellation policy is as follows:

1 month before arrival – 0 CZK
3 weeks before arrival – 25% of the deposit
2 weeks before arrival – 50% of the deposit
1 week before arrival – 75% of the deposit
6 days or less before arrival – 100% of the deposit

Long-term stays are handled individually – depending on the length of stay (more than one month) and the services required. We can also offer attractive conditions for repeat visits or corporate events. For weekly stays, check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. For shorter stays, check-in and check-out times can be arranged according to your needs. Parking and Wi-Fi on the premises are completely free of charge. For technical reasons, payment in cash only.
